Almost like Robert De Niro..... The Movie "City By The Sea"!!!! Actor James Franco plays Bob De Niro's character in that movie his son.... What a fine job by both actors involved!!!! Especially the last scene in the movie where De Niro is trying to talk his character's Son down and trying to get James Franco's Character Joey in the movie to put down the gun he was holding and De Niro's character actually had me crying cause that last scene in that movie ya can relate in reality and can relate that scene to a personal level!!!! N then to see Bob De Niro's character cry in that scene Just Powerful Acting by None Other than Robert De Niro!!!!! N then in "The Bronx Tale", when De Niro tells Francis Capra's character in that movie "The Working Man Is The Tough Guy Your Father Is The Tough Guy".... Francis Capra's character says "Everyone Loves Sonny" "It's The Same" De Niro's character says "People Don't Love Him They Fear Him There's A Difference"!!!! Just to be able to be in a movie with Robert De Niro I mean acting alongside him!!!! Such An Incredible Honor!!!! Those Actors n Actresses who've starred in a film with Bob De Niro, being his costar, I bet a lot of them can say that was the "Highlight Of Their Careers"!!!! N I'm sure they've been very blessed in their time in their careers!!!!

What an Incredible Voice!!!! This song goes right thru you in such a Positive Way!!!! I'm actually in tears listening to this song cause it brings me back in time to the younger years, when things were much simpler than what they are now!!!! Not to mention how Christopher Cross sings this song w such emotion that you can see it in his eyes!!!! It's almost like acting!!!! You get an actor, actors, an actress or actresses n ya can just tell how they put all their heart and all their emotion into the script, the character that they're portraying!!!!

Unreal voice my goodness, still after all these years it boggles my mind.

On September 20, 1981 I took my GF to see Arthur at the theater in Shawnee, OK. It was her 17th birthday. I broke up with her that night and was a little insensitive to her. She did nothing wrong and she was a gentle sweetheart. I was almost 19. I moved away to California but never forgot her. I would cry out her name while trucking across the Mojave desert. I still love her deeply. Everytime I hear this song it just kills me because it was in the movie. I’m 61 now and my love for her still lives on. 😞

Just beautiful. A snapshot in time of an American city. People just living their lives, as their lives were then. The children in the video have now become adults. The adults in the video have either grown old or passed away. Nobody’s life is unchanged by time. I remember “Never Be The Same” as one of my favorite songs of the early 1980’s. I never thought that someday I’d hear the song played along with scenes from the 1980’s and feel so emotional over it.
